የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ንግድ ቢሮ ኢ-መደበኛ ንግድን ስርዓት ለማስያዝ በወጣ መመሪያ ላይ ከንግድ ግብረ ኃይልና ባለ-ድርሻ አካላት ጋር ውይይት አካሂዷል።
ውይይቱን የመሩት የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ምክትል ከንቲባና የኢንደስትሪ ቢሮ ኃላፊ አቶ ጃንጥራር አባይ እና የንግድ ቢሮ ኃላፊ ወ/ሮ ሀቢባ ሲራጅ ናቸው። ኢ-መደበኛ ንግድን ለማስጀመር እየተከናወኑ የሚገኙ የቅድመ ዝግጅት ስራዎች ሪፖርት በአዲስ አበባ ንግድ ቢሮ ምክትል ኃላፊ እና የግብይትና ገበያ ልማት ዘርፍ ኃላፊ አቶ ፍሰሃ ጥበቡ ቀርቧል። ኢ-መደበኛ ንግድን ለማሳለጥ በመዘጋጀት ላይ የሚገኘው መመሪያም በቢሮው ህግ ክፍል ዳይሬክተር አቶ መለስ ቀርቧል።
በቀረበው ሪፖርትና መመሪያ ላይ ከግብይት ስፍራ ልየታ፣ ከተሳታፊ ነጋዴዎች ልየታ እንዲሁም ለሽያጭ መቅረብ ከሚገባቸው ምርቶች ዓይነት ጋር ተያይዞ በርካታ የሃሳብ ግብዓቶች በተሳታፊው ቀርበው ሰፊ ውይይት ተካሂዶባቸዋል። በመጨረሻም በተሳታፊዎች የቀረቡ ጥያቄዎችና ሃሳቦች ውይይቱን በመሩት አቶ ጃንጥራር አባይ እና ወ/ሮ ሀቢባ ሲራጅ ማብራርያ እና ምላሽ ተሰጥቶባቸው እና የቀጣይ የትኩረት አቅጣጫ ተቀምጦ የውይይቱ መጠናቀቅ ሆኗል።

Addis Ababa city administration trade bureau held a discussion on the guidelines to regulate irregular trade;

Addis Ababa city administration trade bureau has held a discussion with trade forces and stakeholders on the guidelines to regulate irregular trade.
The discussion was led by Addis Ababa City Administration Deputy Mayor and Industry Bureau Head Mr. Jantrar Abay and Trade Bureau Head Mrs. Habiba Siraj. The report of the preparatory works to start non-regular business has been presented by Addis Ababa Trade Bureau Deputy Manager and Marketing Development Sector Mr. Fiseha Tibebu. The instructions that are being prepared to promote irregular trade has been presented by Mr. Meles, the director of the law department of the office.
In the report and instructions presented, there were many ideas and discussions with the participant related to market place, identification of participating traders and the types of products that should be sold. Finally, the questions and ideas presented by the participants were explained and answered by Mr. Jantrar Abay and Mrs. Habiba Siraj and the discussion was concluded with the next focus direction.
